Mark Zuckerberg’s BJJ Training Partner Mentioned: “He’s Ridiculously Strong”
Khai Wu, an MMA coach and BJJ training partner of Meta’s founder Mark Zuckerberg, recently expressed his impressions from the time Zuckerberg started MMA training. Wu remarked that Zuckerberg’s physical strength during their initial MMA sessions at Guerrilla Jiu Jitsu in San Jose, California, surprised him.
Previous conversations regarding a possible exhibition match between Zuckerberg and Elon Musk in Rome had drawn considerable interest. However, these discussions did not end in a formal contract. Zuckerberg is concentrating on recovering from a knee injury before resuming his MMA and BJJ training.
Wu, scheduled for the Professional Fighters League debut, recently offered insightful comments on Zuckerberg’s abilities and dedication to improving his martial arts abilities. As Zuckerberg’s MMA trainer, Wu was impressed by his power, which he attributed to Zuckerberg’s background as an athlete who leads an active lifestyle. Wu noted that despite being of similar size, Zuckerberg displayed superior strength during their practice sessions.
In contrast to some athletes who depend on steroids, Zuckerberg’s strength does not noticeably decrease even when he is tired, Wu stated. Zuckerberg has received praise for his initial performances in Brazilian jiu-jitsu competitions. Earlier this year, he demonstrated his aptitude and dedication to honing his skills in the sport. Wu thinks that Zuckerberg’s strength results from years of steady training and does not appear to be enhanced by weightlifting or supplements.
